That seem to be locking people out of their cars. Sounds like the FCC needs to go down there with a spectrum analyzer and force whomever is transmitting the off-band signals to fix their issues.

I really hope they get it. Said bridges are beautiful works of art and should be preserved. Especially the 6th street bridge. It's my favorite.

This is an interesting idea, create a wiki to group twitter folks. I added myself in pertinent sections.
When you're using IRC and you want to say that you're doing an action you use the /me command:
/me is posting on my blog
